Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic is seeking a Monitor Technician for night shift (7:00pm - 7:30am) to provide continuous surveillance of patient parameters and operate monitoring equipment in a clinical setting. Training occurs during the day shift; weekend and holiday rotation is required.

Operates patient monitoring equipment, provides accurate, continuous surveillance of designated patient parameters, assesses functioning, provides basic troubleshooting of equipment, and collects and stores data. Performs 12 lead EKG
High school diploma or equivalent is required. Courses in physical science and previous medical/cardiac/EKG training are desirable. Participates in orientation and continuing education and updates and maintains knowledge and skills related to specific areas of expertise.
Experience reading monitors or EKGs is strongly preferred. Successfully completes Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the Monitor Technician orientation program or the equivalent.
Clinical setting. Exposure class I - Routine or potential exposure to blood, body fluids, excretions, or secretions.
Sedentary work: Sit for extended periods of time, light physical work, vision, and physical dexterity adequate to accurately do role.

Pay Range: $18.75 - $25.65 Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location
