Sentara Health seeks a full-time Monitor Tech for Telemetry Surveillance at Sentara Williamsburg Regional Medical Center in Williamsburg, VA. The role supports continuous cardiac monitoring, observes EKG tracings, and promptly notifies staff of dysrhythmias.
Shift is 7am–7pm, with weekend work required. Requirements include a high school diploma and completion of a monitor technician program (or equivalent experience), and completion of Sentara Basic Arrhythmia competency.

Observes, recognizes, interprets, evaluates, and documents EKG tracings on telemetry‑monitored patients in order to detect deviations from patient's norm. Promptly notifies appropriate personnel of dysrhythmias. Operates and utilizes monitoring system to full capacity. Ensures proper and safe functioning of the telemetry equipment.
