It is not just what we do – it is who we are.**## Overview of Responsibilities* The Monitor Technician will run an admission rhythm strip for patients admitted to ICCU, PPCU and CVU.* The Monitor Technician’s primary responsibility is to notify the Nurse of any changes such as baseline rhythm, rhythm/rate changes, patient disposition, and communication with the patient’s primary Nurse.* Follows Code Procedures.* Properly operates unit communication equipment.* Calls staff as directed.* Initiates work orders.* Independently proceeds with daily routine without delay.* Strict adherence to Infection Control Policy with specific emphasis on hand hygiene.* Patient care responsibilities are assigned to the staff member in accordance with the degree of supervision needed## Education/Experience**Education Required**: Successful completion of Reid Health Basic Arrhythmia course upon hire## Schedule DetailsDay shift. 24 hours weekly. 6:00am - 6:15pm.## What We Offer**Unexpected Perks**- Daycare, Doordash, SmartDollar, Daily Pay, therapy dogs, massages, Forbes rated Best Places to Work 2022## Stay Connectedfor general consideration.
