We are seeking aMonitor Technician,sometimes referred to asourTelemetry Monitor Technician(Tech) or Tele Monitor Tech. A Tele Monitor Tech willberesponsible forobservingand interpreting patients’ heart rhythms and other vital data transmitted by telemetry equipment. This role is crucial foridentifyingand alerting the medical team to any abnormalities or critical changes in a patient’s cardiac or health status. The Monitor Technician detects early warning signs of cardiac events, ensuringtimelyintervention, and improving patient outcomes in our telemetry unit.
1. High School Diploma or Equivalent or related experience required for all new hires, effective April 2014.2. Current Dysrhythmia Interpretation Certificate within 30 days of hire and maintain current3. Current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current4. Six months previous experience in Healthcare or as Monitor Technician
