PIH Health is seeking a Monitor Tech Unit Clerk for the Critical Care area on the night shift (7pm–7:30am). Provides cardiac monitoring and clerking support under licensed staff supervision to help maintain patient flow and safety.

Formación

• Requires current California license/certification/registration as per position.
• Prior acute facility experience preferred.
• Successful completion of Basic EKG Interpretation.
• Bilingual Spanish or Chinese preferred.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology.
• 1-2 years hospital/healthcare clerical/office experience preferred.

Provides cardiac monitoring and clerking duties under the direction/supervision of licensed or certified staff in areas of training. Performs duties necessary to maintain the flow of patient care.

Required Experience

• Current California license/certification/registration will be required according to associate position.
• Prior experience in acute facility preferred or formal classroom education and formalhospital/inservice orientation.

• Basic knowledge of medical terminology or completion of course within 6 months.
• 1-2 years hospital/healthcare experience in clerical/office or unit clerking preferred.
