Job summary

PIH Health is seeking a patient-focused individual to provide cardiac monitoring and clerking duties under the direction of licensed staff. The role supports the flow of patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Ideal candidates have 1-2 years of hospital clerical experience, basic medical terminology knowledge, and BCLS certification. Bilingual Spanish or Chinese is preferred to assist diverse patient needs.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of Basic EKG Interpretation.
• Bilingual Spanish or Chinese preferred.
• 1-2 years hospital/healthcare clerical/office or unit clerk experience preferred.
• CCC Monitor Tech/Unit Clerk – BCLS card required.

Responsibilities

• Provide cardiac monitoring and clerking duties under supervision.
• Maintain smooth patient flow and assist licensed staff.
• Coordinate basic administrative tasks in the unit.
