Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a dependable food service team member to help with daily kitchen duties and customer service at a retail or residential location. The role requires adherence to food safety procedures and accurate portioning of orders.

The candidate will assist with inventory counts, equipment sanitation, and basic food preparation, while maintaining a clean and organized workstation during the shift. This is a Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm shift.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Basic computing skills for inventory and quantities.
• Ability to read product labels and safety instructions.
• Strong customer service and teamwork.
• Ability to perform routine tasks reliably.

Responsibilities

• Take proper food and equipment temperatures.
• Follow food sanitation procedures to ensure safety of food and beverages.
• Assemble orders to customer requests or batch production following portion control and recipes.
• Use equipment such as charbroil grill, Mongolian grill, flat top grill, gas grill, fryer, induction burner and warmer.
• Assist with inventory counts and record product on hand.
• Inspect holding items for presentation and quality and remove if past prime shelf life or expiration.
• Clean and sanitize work surfaces, dining and service areas, dishware, utensils, floors, and equipment; breakdown and reassembly periodically.
• Use commercial cleaners to sanitize and polish.
• Remove trash and secure facilities at shift end.
• Support other areas with food preparation tasks as needed.
