Job summary

The Matlen Silver Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced MongoDB DBA to design and manage highly scalable, distributed database environments. You will implement sharding, replication, and performance tuning to support mission-critical applications on Linux/Unix platforms.

Your role includes automating maintenance with Python and shell scripts, ensuring high availability, backups, and disaster recovery, and collaborating with DevOps and application teams.

Qualifications
