► Detailed Job Description:

✓ As a MongoDB Administrator based locally in Charlotte, NC, you will take full operational and administrative ownership of enterprise NoSQL database clusters supporting high-volume applications. Your day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring database performance, configuring replica sets and sharded clusters, optimizing complex aggregation queries, and executing routine maintenance and patch management. You will implement robust disaster recovery plans, automated backup routines, and enterprise-grade security hardening, including role-based access control (RBAC) and data encryption. Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with software engineering teams to review database schemas, tune indexing strategies, and troubleshoot high-latency queries in production.

✓ Deploy, configure, manage, and scale high-availability MongoDB replica sets and sharded clusters.
