Job summary

Ramsey Solutions is seeking a passionate content creator to develop and share money-focused content that educates and inspires. You’ll engage audiences on The Ramsey Show, social media, and other platforms, translating Ramsey principles into practical guidance.

You’ll bring your own story and lived experience with Ramsey principles to connect authentically, helping people take meaningful steps toward financial peace. This role is on-site at our Franklin, TN campus.

Responsibilities

• Create original money content and build trust with an audience around Ramsey money principles across multiple platforms.
• Communicate these principles clearly and simply, guiding viewers from understanding to action with their finances.

Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. We value our strong, unified company culture because we believe the best work is done together. That's why all of our team members work on-site under the same roof. But work-life balance is also important to us, so we offer flexible work schedules to take the stress out of appointments, family obligations and other needs that may pop up.

While every team member has a designated workspace (with an electronic sit-stand desk), our campus was designed to house a variety of unique work and play zones (e.g., quiet library space, coffee bar/lounge areas, recreational game zone, and outside/patio work and break areas).

You'd create content and build trust with an audience around the money principles that actually change lives, serving as a credible and compelling voice for the Ramsey brand. You'd communicate those principles across multiple platforms and formats, connecting with people, simplifying what feels complicated, and inspiring them to take real action with their finances.

You'd bring your own story to it, too. The authenticity this role requires comes from having personally experienced the hope and transformation that Ramsey principles deliver, and being able to share that message with conviction because you've lived it. This isn't a role for someone who wants to help people win with money someday; it's for someone already doing it.

• You're a Ramsey superfan who is personally walking out the Baby Steps. This is not optional; it's the foundation of credibility.
• You're consistently creating content rooted in personal experience, expertise, or a specific point of view, whether through speaking, podcasting, social media, video, writing, coaching, teaching, or other platforms. We're looking for people who are already building trust with an audience, not just aspiring to someday.

• Contributing to existing Ramsey platforms (The Ramsey Show, other Ramsey Network shows, and on social media) as a trusted host or voice.
