Job summary

Ramsey Solutions, based in Franklin, TN, is seeking a detail‑oriented FP&A professional to support budgeting, forecasting and reporting for the Ramsey Trusted business unit, focusing on Investing and Tax. You’ll drive forecast conversations, update financial models and deliver timely reporting to leaders for revenue, expenses and profitability insights.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of FP&A experience.
• Experience budgeting and forecasting for revenue and expenses.
• Ability to turn financial data into clear leadership storytelling.
• Skilled at building and updating budget models and reports.
• Proficient in scenario analyses, pro formas, or ROI calculations.
• Able to analyze profitability drivers across revenue lines.

What You’d Do In This Role

In this role, you'd support budgeting, forecasting and reporting for the Ramsey Trusted business unit, with a focus on Investing and Tax. You'd help drive forecast conversations, update financial models, and provide timely reporting that helps leaders understand revenue, expenses, profitability and business trends. You'd also partner with teams to evaluate business opportunities through scenario analysis, pro formas and ROI calculations. Plus, you'd stay close to the marketplace so the team can make smart decisions based on what's happening now and what's coming next.

You’re Probably a Match If

• You have 2+ years of FP&A experience
• You've helped with budgeting and forecasting for both revenue and expenses
• You know how to turn financial data into a clear, helpful story for leaders.
• You're comfortable building, updating and improving budget models and reports.
• You've created scenario analyses, pro formas or ROI calculations to support business decisions.
• You can dig into profitability trends and understand what's driving performance across revenue lines.
• You're curious about the marketplace and can identify the factors that matter most to the business.
