Ramsey Solutions is seeking an Associate Director of Software Engineering to lead the technical direction of key digital marketing platforms. This on-site role in Franklin, TN involves guiding engineers toward scalable, reliable solutions and aligning technical work with business goals.

The candidate will own architecture decisions, collaborate with Product and UX, and drive engineering excellence while balancing innovation with maintainability and speed to market.

What You’d Do In This Role

We’re looking for an Associate Director of Software Engineering who will take ownership of the technical health and direction of multiple key digital marketing platforms (i.e. E-commerce, analytics, and subscriptions). This leader will guide a team of engineers toward technical excellence, setting clear standards, driving smart architectural decisions, and delivering reliable, scalable solutions. Beyond strong execution, this role is about building technology with purpose: creating tools and platforms that further our mission of bringing hope to people in every walk of life.

You’re Probably a Match If

• You have a strong software engineering background with the ability to quickly ramp up on Java / Spring.
• You have 4+ years of prior experience as an individual contributor, with progression into a current engineering leadership role.
• You have a proven ability to solve complex problems, drive clarity, and make sound technical decisions.
• You have an interest and enthusiasm in leveraging AI to improve software engineering effectiveness
