Job summary

Ramsey Solutions is seeking a Guest Relations teammate to welcome guests at Baker Street Coffee Shop and support front desk, bookstore, and event coordination on-site at our Franklin campus just outside Nashville, TN. You’ll engage guests, serve beverages, keep the space welcoming, and help create a smooth campus experience.

You enjoy talking with people, serving others, and taking ownership of the space, including inventory and seasonal decor.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in Baker Street Coffee Shop and engage them in conversation.
• Serve coffee and cookies, keep the space clean and stocked for guests.
• Manage day-to-day operations and rotate through Front Desk, Bookstore, and Show Coordinator roles.
• Assist with tours and events, preparing spaces and ensuring guest care throughout visits.

Salary:$52,000/year + profit sharing + benefits

What You'd Do In This Role
Baker Street Coffee Shop is a welcoming part of every guest's experience at Ramsey Solutions. This is not your average coffee shop transaction. You'll engage our guests in conversation, serve them coffee and cookies, and keep the space clean, stocked and ready to welcome guests. You'll manage the day-to-day operations of Baker Street while also rotating through other lobby roles, including the Front Desk, Bookstore, and The Ramsey Show Coordinator. Across these roles, you'll welcome guests, answer questions, help them find the right resources, support bookstore purchases, and help create a smooth experience throughout their visit. When we host tours and events, you'll help prepare the space and make sure guests are cared for throughout their time on campus
