Job summary

Regions Bank is seeking a Money Movement Experience Manager to define and improve end-to-end consumer money movement across products, channels, and payment types, including debit, digital banking, ACH, and bill pay.

You will identify pain points, work with product managers, operations, analytics, marketing to prioritize, execute, and implement enhancements, while ensuring customer journey outcomes and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in product development/management, market research, or directly related experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates promotional, marketing, and communication programs and produces standard management reporting.
• Researches and compiles business and industry data to analyze and develop tactics.
• Analyzes sales information and presents findings to management.
• Supports training and sales tools delivery.
• Acts as subject matter expert on products and services.
• Manages vendor relationships and ensures regulatory compliance.
• Develops products and enhances services to stay competitive.
• Collaborates with sales and cross-functional teams to execute strategies.
