Responsibilities

• Learn and provide money, debt, budgeting and income maximisation advice.
• Support clients with welfare benefits, housing and related issues.
• Negotiate with creditors and draft letters on clients' behalf as needed.
• Maintain detailed case records and adhere to admin systems.
• Provide reports to the Service Manager and trustees.
