Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Content Design Intern to learn how UX writing supports product experiences by partnering across functions and practicing customer empathy. You will write UI copy for ads and monetization experiences, collaborate with design, product, engineering, and localization teams, and contribute to content guidelines to ensure consistency across surfaces and markets.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in HCI or related design discipline.
Demonstrated ability to write clearly and revise quickly based on feedback.
Comfortable collaborating in a cross‑functional environment (design, product, engineering, research).

Responsibilities

Write and iterate on clear, conversational UI copy for ads and monetization experiences.
Partner with product design, PM, engineering, research, and localization to learn workflow and incorporate feedback quickly.
Help maintain and apply content guidelines, voice, and terminology for consistency across surfaces and markets.
Participate in design critiques to improve clarity, consistency, and content quality.
Support process improvements for scaling content work and documenting decisions.
