Job summary

Meta Reality Labs is seeking an experienced Monetization & Business Economics Manager to drive sustainable growth for the Wearables business. You will build financial frameworks and partner cross-functionally to scale across products, channels, and markets.

You will own financial models, define KPIs, and synthesize insights for leadership, shaping commercial planning and go-to-market strategies in a fast-evolving AI-enabled hardware/software ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management, go-to-market, or consulting.
• Experience building financial models (P&L, unit economics).
• Proven ability to solve complex, long-term problems.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration to shape GTM strategies.
• Comfort with ambiguity and creating plans from limited direction.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Own financial and unit economics analysis across products, channels, and markets.
• Build financial models and business cases for market entry and launches.
• Define commercial KPIs for data-driven decisions.
• Partner with Finance, Sales, and Operations to shape planning.
• Synthesize insights into strategic recommendations for leadership.
