The Meta Reality Labs Commercial team focuses on driving growth across our portfolio of Wearables and VR devices to achieve this mission. We are looking for an experienced Monetization & Business Economics Manager to drive sustainable growth for the Wearables business. This person will be responsible for building the financial frameworks that inform how we scale across products, channels, and markets. Experience developing commercial strategies informed by financial analysis, partnering cross-functionally with stakeholders, and navigating ambiguous problem spaces to deliver actionable plans.

Monetization & Business Economics Manager Responsibilities:

• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
• Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
• Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
