Meta Reality Labs is seeking an experienced Monetization & Business Economics Manager in New York to drive sustainable growth for the Wearables business. You will build financial models, define commercial KPIs, and partner with Finance, Sales, and Operations to shape planning and strategy.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product management, go-to-market, or management consulting.
• Experience building financial models, including P&L analysis and unit economics, to inform business decisions
• Experience in analyzing complex, long-term, critical problems and driving solutions for them
• Track record of building cross-functional partnerships to shape go-to-market strategies
• High tolerance for ambiguity and the ability to create execution plans where none existed
• Bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

• Own financial and unit economics analysis across products, channels, and markets to inform commercial strategies that lead to sustainable growth
• Build financial models and business cases to evaluate new market entry, product launches, and go-to-market strategies
• Define commercial KPIs that enable data-driven commercial decisions
• Partner with Finance, Sales, and Operations to shape commercial planning
• Synthesize insights into clear strategic recommendations for leadership
