Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, marketing, or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• 8–10+ years of experience in strategy, monetization, pricing, growth, ecommerce, SaaS, or consumer technology.
• Experience leading cross-functional strategic initiatives with measurable business impact.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytic skills.

Responsibilities

• Evolve monetization strategy across Marketplace, Subscription, and future integrated product offerings.
• Lead commercial planning, prioritization, and operating cadence across pricing, promotions, lifecycle marketing, packaging, and retention initiatives.
• Establish business performance reviews, forecasting processes, and commercial diagnostics that inform executive decision‑making.
• Partner with Consumer Growth, Product, Marketing, Pricing, Analytics, Finance, and Engineering to identify and prioritize the highest‑impact revenue opportunities.
• Evaluate tradeoffs across conversion, ARPU, customer lifetime value, retention, profitability, and long‑term growth.
• Foster a culture of data‑driven decision making, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across the Monetization organization.
