Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Управление медиацией: настройка и оптимизация медиационного стека с AppLovin MAX и AdMob.
• Умное загрузка и показы: кеширование, предзагрузка и асинхронная загрузка.
• Оптимизация eCPM и торговой логики: триггеры и ставки в реальном времени.
• SDK и адаптеры: интеграция сторонних SDK и медиации.
• Диагностика и стабильность дохода: мониторинг eCPM, ARPDAU, задержки, падения ставки.
• Соблюдение политики: Google Play, CMP/Consent, IVT.

• Ad Architecture & Integration: Build and maintain scalable, robust native ad architectures in Android (Kotlin / Java) covering Interstitials, App Open Ads, Rewarded Videos, and Native/Banner formats.
• Mediation Mastery: Manage, configure, and optimize enterprise mediation stacks, with an emphasis on AppLovin MAX and Google AdMob.
• Smart Loading & Show Rates: Architect intelligent caching, pre-fetching, and asynchronous loading flows to eliminate latency, prevent ad drops, and achieve industry-leading Show Rates.
• eCPM Optimization & Bidding Logic: Implement code-level triggers, contextual engagement signals, and dynamic refresh logic to drive aggressive competition among programmatic bidders.
• SDKs & Custom Adapters: Integrate, test, and maintain third-party ad network SDKs, custom mediation adapters, and bidding partners.
• Diagnostics & Revenue Stability: Continuously monitor core monetization metrics (eCPM, ARPDAU, Latency, Impression Depth) and rapidly troubleshoot fill-rate drops or mediation errors.
• Policy & Privacy Compliance: Ensure full adherence to Google Play developer policies, AdMob/AppLovin quality guidelines, CMP/Consent frameworks, and invalid traffic (IVT) prevention rules.

Требования:

• 5+ years of professional Native Android development experience (Kotlin / Java) utility apps.
• 5+ years of dedicated technical experience with mobile ad networks and mediation platforms, specifically AppLovin MAX and Google AdMob.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining monetization layers in high-scale utility or casual Android apps.
• In-depth understanding of programmatic in-app bidding, waterfall configurations, floor pricing, and real-time auction dynamics.
• Strong understanding of the utility app lifecycle: user flows, retention patterns, and high-converting ad placement timing.
• Data-driven mindset: ability to connect code architecture directly to ad revenue performance and unit economics.
