Job summary

TikTok's Monetization Products data science team seeks a skilled data scientist to drive revenue growth through rigorous analysis and actionable insights. You will own business analysis, design metrics frameworks, and partner with PM, engineering, and sales to steer data-driven decisions globally.

Responsibilities include evaluating health, identifying risks and opportunities, and delivering research results with clear implementation plans.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree or equivalent practical experience in a quantitative field.
• Fluency in SQL/Hive, R/Python; experience with data visualization tools; knowledge of attribution methods.

Responsibilities

• Provide business analysis for TikTok Monetization products and evaluate health, risks and opportunities from a global perspective.
• Design comprehensive metrics framework for commercial products and analyze key indicators to guide decisions.
• Collaborate with PM, engineering, sales, and strategy teams to improve efficiency and drive data-driven growth.
• Plan research topics to optimize ROI and deliver clear conclusions and implementation plans.
