Seven Hills Foundation in Rhode Island seeks a Case Manager I - Job Developer to place program participants in independent jobs with community employers, coordinating with DDS and MRC referrals and managing SHF employment services in line with our mission.

You will develop employer contacts, conduct outreach, and support participants through applications, interviews, onboarding, and case management, ensuring quality, service excellence and ethical standards across the team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3 years of related experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license — class C or D1.
