• Keeps kitchen and dining room clean and in good order.
• Presents food with appropriate utensils and at proper temperature.
• Resets tables and changes tablecloths regularly.
• Assists monks with special requests and dietary needs as directed.
• Prepares trays according to nursing specifications for those who are room bound.
• Maintains stock and inventories of kitchen supplies.
• Provides beverages, fruit, and small snacks for monks as needed.
• Reports hazards and suggests improvements to the service space.
• Maintains confidentiality and professional relationships with residents, visitors, and staff.
