Job summary

RestorixHealth is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a PRN wound care role. The LPN will use the nursing process to plan, implement, direct, and evaluate patient care, with training provided for wound care.

The position follows a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends and offers comprehensive benefits and ongoing professional growth opportunities within our wound care network.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN nursing license required.
• Valid CPR certification from the American Heart Association required.
• Prior experience working with wound care patients preferred (Will train).
• Experience with billing and coding preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care based on scientific principles/nursing theory and evidence-based practice.
• Implement physician orders accurately within appropriate time frames.
• Recognize change in the patient’s condition and intervene appropriately.
• Prioritize nursing actions including reflecting patient needs, acuity, and desired outcome.
