Qualifications

• 0–1 years of experience in a medical practice setting or externship completed.
• Knowledge of medical office procedures and patient care techniques.
• Proficiency with medical record systems and Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to provide patient service.
• Ability to manage time and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of medical terminology and infection control practices.
• Ability to perform age-specific care.

Responsibilities

• Assist providers with clinical procedures and patient intake.
• Prepare and clean exam rooms.
• Document test results and triage calls.
• Review daily logs and maintain records.
• Support administrative duties: scheduling, referrals, verify insurance.
• Maintain courteous, efficient service to patients and visitors.
• Monitor supplies and equipment.
• Educate patients on medications and health topics.
• Maintain regular attendance and comply with policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
