Job summary

iicrc-careers is seeking a facilities cleaning associate in Crown Point, IN. You will perform daily cleaning tasks using ServiceMaster products, maintain common area cleanliness, and ensure inventory of supplies is kept up to date.

The role runs Monday to Friday with 8-hour shifts on site. Applicants must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license, and be able to handle physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds, bending and twisting.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to use and differentiate between chemicals.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to use a backpack vacuum, mop and bucket.
• Physical requirements: bending, stooping, twisting, lifting (50 pounds).

Responsibilities

• Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools and procedures.
• Cleaning duties include: sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash, window cleaning and moving furniture, equipment etc.
• Clean all common space areas including kitchen, lobby and break rooms to ServiceMaster specifications.
• Maintain all supplies (clean towels, mops, refills for chemicals, etc.).
