Pilot Company is hiring at our Indiana travel center to help maintain a clean, inviting environment for guests. You will be responsible for cleaning showers, restrooms, and keeping facilities in good repair, while delivering friendly guest service in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays. Training and opportunities to grow within the company are available.

Qualifications

• Able to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk most of the day.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining overall cleanliness of the store.
• Cleaning showers and restroom facilities.
• Washing, loading, and unloading towels for showers.
• Performing general repair/ maintenance of the store.
• Picking up and taking all trash around travel center.
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities.
