Job summary

Office Pride of Indianapolis-Carmel is seeking a reliable and hardworking Cleaner/Janitor to join our team. The role focuses on maintaining a clean, safe, and organized facility, including floors, restrooms, and common areas.

You will follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines while delivering dependable service. Ideal candidates will be able to lift and carry heavy bags, work with a team or independently, and ensure high cleanliness standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience is a plus, but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation and attendance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize assigned areas, including floors, restrooms, and common areas.
• Empty trash and maintain cleanliness throughout the facility.
• Replenish cleaning and restroom supplies as needed.
