Job summary

The Facilities Group National is seeking a Cleaner for the morning shift in Spencer, IN. This full-time role involves general cleaning, stocking restrooms, trash removal, and ensuring building upkeep with minimal supervision.

Candidates should have basic cleaning product knowledge, time management, and the ability to work independently or with a team. High school diploma or equivalent required; E-Verify authorized employment is used.

Qualifications

Ability to manage time efficiently.
Authorized to work in the U.S. – E-Verify.
Experience with cleaning products is a plus.

Responsibilities

General cleaning of the building and keeping it maintained and in good condition.
Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
Cleaning and stock restrooms.
Empty trash and recycling bins.
Remove debris and snow from sidewalks.
Ensure doors are locked after hours.
Clean up spills with appropriate equipment.
Notify supervisors or managers of major repairs.
Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
Keep cleaning supplies in stock.
Work with a contract cleaning service when necessary.
Other responsibilities as assigned by your supervisor.
