Job summary

Vistar is seeking a Warehouse Forklift Operator in Bolingbrook, IL. You will operate forklift, pallet jack, and reach truck to move freight through the distribution process, ensuring GMP and quality standards. Monday-Friday shift starts at 7:00 AM with end times varying by volume.

Full-time position with Day 1 benefits and incentive pay. Requirements include a High School Diploma/GED, 6+ months warehouse experience, ability to lift 10–90 lbs, and ability to work in multi-temperature

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience.
• Able to stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly throughout shift.
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).
• Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Locate proper slot on storage racks and set pallets using forklift or hand stack.
• Transport incoming freight to freezer with forklift/pallet jack.
• Replenish pick slots with outgoing stock according to next day’s work orders.
• Rotate stock and remove outdated inventory per policy.
• Disperse over-stocked items to available slots; perform general housekeeping.
• Inspect items for damage and complete safety checks on equipment.
