Job summary

Guidehouse seeks a skilled Oracle/ETL developer to drive data conversion initiatives within ERP and federal financial management settings.

You will implement PL/SQL routines, validate mappings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and compliant documentation. Candidates should have 5+ years in Oracle development and a Public Trust readiness, with Agile/SAFe experience.

Qualifications

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DHS "PUBLIC TRUST"
Candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse
Bachelor's Degree
Five (5) or more years of Oracle development experience
Momentum Financials/iFAMS conversion, implementation, or data migration experience
Experience developing ETL, conversion, data transformation, validation, reconciliation, and data quality routines
Experience supporting data mapping, conversion testing, defect resolution, and technical documentation
Experience with finance and acquisition data concepts in ERP or federal financial management environments
Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments
Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, Agility, GitHub, or similar tools
Up to 10% travel required

Responsibilities

Develop PL/SQL routines, conversion logic, data transformation scripts, and reconciliation support for FMBT interface and conversion-related activities
Work with functional, data, integration, and testing teams
Validate source-to-target mappings, data quality, data cleansing needs, and conversion accuracy
Support data mapping, conversion testing, defect resolution, and technical documentation
Support finance and acquisition data activities in ERP or federal financial management environments
