Intermountain Health’s American Fork Hospital seeks a Clinical Support Partner filling a combined CNA, Health Unit Coordinator (HUC) role in the Mom & Baby unit. The 36-hour weekly schedule includes 12-hour night shifts, weekends and holidays, with starting pay of $18.40+ per hour based on experience.

The role assists the patient care team, coordinates unit activities, handles clerical tasks, admits/discharges, and supports safety standards.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in Utah is required.
• BLS certification for healthcare providers required.
• Basic computer literacy and effective communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Work as CNA, PCT and HUC on the Mom & Baby unit.
• Assist patient care, admissions, discharges and transfers.
• Coordinate unit activities and handle clerical duties.
• Maintain safety, document care and respond to patient/family needs.
