Castle Biosciences Inc. is seeking a Molecular Technologist to join our Scottsdale, AZ laboratory for a start date of October 30, 2026. The role focuses on RNA extraction, PCR, QC, and instrument maintenance within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or Medical Technology from an accredited institution, plus 1-2 years of experience in a molecular biology testing environment, clinical, or equivalent laboratory environment.
AND completion of a clinical laboratory training program, OR at least 3 months of documented laboratory training in each specialty area where high-complexity testing will be performed.

Responsibilities

Extraction and analyzing RNA samples using molecular techniques.
RNA quantification, PCR, quality control of reagents, and instrument maintenance.
Interpret data and ensure accuracy and reliability of results.
Collaborate with team members to maintain workflow efficiency.
