Job summary

Kelly Science & Clinical is seeking a Scientist for a contract role in Philadelphia, PA. The Scientist will support routine molecular and immunoassay-based analysis across product candidates, including viral vectors, reporting to the Director of Product Sciences.

The role emphasizes assay development, data interpretation, and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced biopharma environment. 6–12 month contract with potential to extend or go permanent.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a science field with 2+ years in biopharma QC or similar.
Experience with immunoassay-based methods (ELISA/ELLA) and molecular tests.
Strong written and oral communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Execute immunoassay-based sample testing (ELISA/ELLA) and molecular methods (DNA extraction, qPCR, ddPCR).
Contribute to experimental design and data interpretation for the Tech Ops team.
Troubleshoot analytical experiments and optimize workflows.
Provide cross-functional analytical support and clear data communication.
Document data accurately in ELN and related reports.
