Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a chemical, biological, clinical laboratory science, or medical technology from an accredited institution.
• 1+ years of instructor-led training experience in a lab or similar setting.
• 2+ years lab experience with HIPAA, GLP, GDP and regulatory guidelines; strong lab terminology knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document new hire training in the department following regulatory guidelines.
• Deliver ongoing in-person and virtual training to lab staff, including retraining and upskilling.
• Create training materials and develop exams or competency evaluations.
