Job summary

ConvenientMD is seeking a full-time Lab Technician to join our laboratory team in New England. You will perform molecular diagnostics and blood work, process specimens, and ensure accurate results across urgent care and primary care services.

The role reports to the Laboratory Manager and requires adherence to quality and safety standards, LIS data entry, and collaboration with multiple care teams. The position is full-time, with typical hours Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years direct clinical lab experience with PCR.
• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, CLS, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Perform molecular diagnostic testing (PCR) and blood work (CBC) with precision.
• Prepare and process samples including DNA/RNA extraction.
• Enter results into LIS and maintain lab dashboards and KPIs.
• Follow CLIA, COLA, NH DHHS guidelines and ready for inspections.
