Job summary

ConvenientMD in Manchester, NH is seeking a Lab Technician to join our growing laboratory team. You will perform molecular diagnostic testing (PCR) and CBC, prepare samples, and ensure accurate documentation in LIS, contributing to high-quality patient care across Urgent Care and Primary Care services.

• 2+ years of direct clinical lab experience with PCR.
• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, Biological Sciences, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Proficient in data entry and LIS usage.

Responsibilities

• Perform molecular diagnostic testing (PCR) and CBC with precision.
• Prepare and process biological samples, including DNA/RNA extraction.
• Analyze data, document findings, and ensure compliance with lab protocols.
• Enter results into the LIS and maintain dashboards and KPIs.
