Job summary

ConvenientMD is seeking a Lab Technician to join our growing laboratory team, supporting patient care across Urgent Care and Advanced Primary Care services. You will perform molecular diagnostic testing (PCR) and CBC analyses, enter results into the LIS, and help maintain dashboards and KPIs under the Laboratory Manager.

You will ensure quality, adhere to CLIA/COLA/NH DHHS guidelines, manage reagents and inventory, and collaborate with care teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years direct clinical lab experience with PCR.
• Experience with lab equipment, supplies, and quality control processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, Biological Sciences, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Perform molecular diagnostic testing (PCR) and CBC with precision.
• Prepare specimens, extract DNA/RNA, ensure accuracy.
• Enter results into LIS and maintain dashboard and KPIs.
• Maintain quality control and regulatory compliance.
• Operate instruments, calibrate, troubleshoot; manage reagents and inventory (ENVI).
• Collaborate with Urgent Care, Advanced Primary Care, and external partners; communicate with Lab Manager and Director.
• Uphold safety, cleanliness and contamination‑free workspace.
