• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent laboratory experience.
• Minimum three years of supervisory experience in healthcare or scientific environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision of the operation and personnel.
• Coach staff to support skills development and ensure SOP adherence.
• Ensure quality metrics and timely results meet client expectations.
• Develop and maintain SOPs; update as needed.
• Monitor QC programs and regulatory compliance.
• Approve time and attendance and maintain training records.
• Ensure staff meet regulatory requirements and have process knowledge.
• Maintain documentation for quality assurance.
