Shift is Tue–Sat, 4:00pm–12:30am, with a mission to support the company’s growth and patient care objectives. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent lab experience, plus at least 3 years of supervisory experience in healthcare

The Supervisor works closely with the Department Manager, modality Director, Site Director, and is accountable for the accuracy and reliability of all services provided by the specific team under his/her supervision. The Supervisor is responsible for day to day supervision and oversight of the operation, assigning tasks, coaching personnel and for monitoring processes to ensure that acceptable levels of performance are maintained. The Supervisor is also responsible for supporting the implementation of all area procedures and operations as well as ensuring that metrics established to measure quality, production and efficiency are strictly followed.
