Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biological, physical, natural, or agricultural sciences with 1 year of related experience or a Master’s degree.
• Willingness to meet regulatory requirements and pass on-going trainings.
• Valid driver license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform molecular biology tests (PCR, qPCR) on clinical samples daily.
• Enter results accurately in LIMS and coordinate with Section Head for timely reporting.
• Enforce QA/QC and adhere to NAHLN/USDA protocols and SOPs.
• Provide guidance and training to molecular staff and support special projects.
