Job summary

ConvenientMD in Manchester, NH is seeking a Lab Technician to join our growing laboratory team. You will perform molecular diagnostic tests (PCR) and blood work, prepare DNA/RNA samples, and ensure accuracy and safety across all testing stages.

Reporting to the Laboratory Manager, you’ll enter results into the LIS, maintain dashboards and KPIs, support quality control and regulatory compliance, and collaborate with Urgent Care and Primary Care teams to support patient care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years direct clinical lab experience with PCR.
• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or related field.
• Experience with LIS and laboratory documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform molecular diagnostic testing (PCR) and CBC.
• Prepare and process DNA/RNA samples and extract nucleic acids.
• Enter results into LIS and maintain dashboards/KPIs.
• Support quality control, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with care teams and external partners.
