Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepares yeast or mammalian cell lysates and growth media.
• Assists the Principal Investigator in nucleic acid or protein isolation and purification.
• Performs molecular and cell biology techniques: PCR, immunofluorescence and immunoblotting.
• Maintains laboratory stocks of sterile tubes, culture tubes, tips, and related items.
• Maintains accurate and detailed experimental records.
