Job summary

Tarkett is seeking a Molding Trainer in Middlefield, OH to provide hands-on training for molding operators on day shift. You will guide new hires and current staff in safe operation, standard work, quality adherence, and operator development.

The role emphasizes coaching, safety, and support for continuous improvement initiatives within the Molding/Finishing department. A high school diploma and strong communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor trainee performance and provide timely feedback; evaluate readiness for independent work.
• Maintain training records and ensure documentation of operator qualifications.
• Assist in implementing continuous improvement and World Class Manufacturing initiatives.
