Tarkett in Middlefield, OH seeks an experienced Training Coordinator to lead site training across Safety, WCM, and plant operations. You will design curricula, deliver on-the-job and classroom training, and shape the annual training plan for workforce development.

You will partner with Production, Quality, Engineering, and HR to drive continuous improvement and a strong safety culture, while mentoring staff and ensuring compliance with standards.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication, coaching, facilitation, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience including training, coaching, or workforce development.
• Preferred: Associate’s degree in business, or related field.
• Experience with SAP, LMS, or ERP systems.
• Previous trainer/team lead/supervisor/CI experience.
• Experience delivering classroom and hands-on manufacturing training, and developing training materials.
• Knowledge of WCM, Lean, Six Sigma, or ISO 9001; experience with skills matrix and qualification systems.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and improve the plant's training strategy and annual plan.
• Design onboarding, qualifications, cross-training, and recertification programs; build curricula and assessments.
• Deliver classroom, hands-on, and on-the-job training on equipment operation and safety.
• Promote safety culture with PPE, LOTO, ergonomics, and 5S compliance.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, HR, and CI teams to improve performance.
