Job summary

Adecco is seeking Molding Technicians for 1st and 2nd shifts in Bridgeport, CT. You will set up injection molds and molding machines, perform material changes, and help maintain production quality.

The role offers $25.00–$27.50 per hour, with a 10% differential for 3pm–11:30pm shifts. This temp‑to‑hire opportunity invites you to contribute to a growing manufacturing team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of injection mold and machine setup experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of injection molding processes, molds, and tooling.
• Experience using measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced production environment.

What You’ll Do
