Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation in Minnesota (Brooklyn Park) is seeking a Manufacturing Team Member II to perform assembly and inspection tasks according to written procedures to meet production and quality requirements.

The role operates on a second shift, 4:00pm to 2:30am, Monday through Thursday, with a salary range of $19.04 to $27.92 plus a 22% shift differential. Prior experience in a regulated manufacturing environment, preferably in medical devices, is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must read and follow detailed instructions in English.
• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment, medical device preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints is preferred.
• Familiarity with microscopes and measuring devices is preferred.
• Previous light assembly experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements including FDA regulations.
• Sets up equipment for assembly/inspection per process specification.
• Assembles parts per drawings using manual and automated machines.
• Inspects parts visually and dimensionally for conformance to specifications.
• Completes required documentation and may package product for shipping.
• Participates in continuous improvement initiatives and cross-training.
• Performs other duties as required.
