Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation, a leading medical device CDMO, seeks a Manufacturing Team Member for the 2nd shift in Minneapolis. Work Mon–Thu, 4:15 pm–2:45 am with a 10% shift differential.

Perform basic assembly and inspection per MPI/QWI, document GDP-compliant records, and contribute to quality and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include setting up equipment, following procedures, and collaborating with teammates to meet print specs and ship-ready assemblies.

Qualifications

• Follow written procedures to meet production and quality requirements.
• Set up equipment for assembly/inspection per MPI and QWI.
• Understand tasks and coordinate with teammates under supervision.
• Assemble parts per print using manual and automatic machines.
• Visually and dimensionally inspect for conformance and escalate when needed.
• Complete device history records per GDP documentation.
• May package assemblies for shipment.
• Participate in team activities for process and product improvement.
• Expand skills through on‑the‑job training and cross-training.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and follow regulations.
• Participate in flex break programs as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
