Job summary

ADDMAN is seeking a Set-up Technician to prepare processes for injection molding machines and set up equipment for assembly. You will oversee production activities and staff in the absence of the Shift Supervisor, with a focus on maintaining production specifications.

Requirements include a high school diploma and knowledge of plastic/molding processes, plus strong mechanical, communication and problem-solving skills. Safety and teamwork are emphasized.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose small engine problems and maintain shop area cleanliness.
• Explain diagnoses and repairs clearly to customers.
• Troubleshoot and adjust processes; document results.
• Train operators and ensure they are comfortable with duties.
• Mold set-up and assist with operator breaks as needed.
• Uphold safety procedures and assist with maintenance tasks.
